Job Description

Reporting to the, the General Manager Solar Sales Rep will perform the following key functions among others;

  1. Acquiring new business and upgrading current customer database through prospecting, sizing and quotations of client’s application.
  2. Develop business relationships to secure sales.
  3. Travel to meet Project customers in remote areas.
  4. Promote the Company brand.
  5. Assist in accessing previously untapped markets

 

The person:

  • Possess a degree/diploma in sales and marketing or B. Com/business Diploma with experience can also be applicable administration with related professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy will be an added advantage
  • Must be time conscious and self-motivated.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Must be a result oriented individual.
  • Must be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Understand cultural and environmental impact of areas covered
  • Must be ready to travel widely
  • Will be required to drive company car
