Job Description

Technical Support Nairobi

We create a mobile learning platform for young children in poor areas where it’s hard to get the high-quality education that all children deserve.

You will

  • Be part of our Customer Service team in Westlands, Nairobi

  • Provide customer support for the technical issues with our services

  • Follow our processes concerning technical support & help improve those

  • Take over phone calls with our users or visit them at community centers and at their school locations in the low-income areas

  • Create reproducible bug reports for our engineers in Berlin

  • Help your colleagues with small technical issues

You have

  • At least 1 year of experience working in technical support

  • Preferably experience working with customers in informal settlements

  • Preferably a technical education (Computer Science or related)

  • Experience with Android devices

  • Great attention to detail when following checklists and processes

  • The ability to communicate about technical issues clearly, both with users and our engineers
