Job Description

Telesales Job Responsibilities 

  1. Contacting business, organizations, companies and institutions by telephone, emails or any other platform to promote our solutions
  2. Cold calling/emailing to schedule meetings with Key Decision Makers
  3. Meeting set targets for Lead Nurturing, Calls and Meetings Scheduled
  4. Updating Customer Relations Management System (CRM) on all the daily activities
  5. Generating Weekly and Monthly reports
  6. Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Previous Telesales/Marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
