The job holder is responsible for the general operations of the Unit including daily activities and the relationships between the company clients and sales force

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Recruitment of sales team
  2. Oversee & ensure smooth running of the day to day operations of the unit
  3. Identify markets for the sales team
  4.  Performing performance appraisals for the sales team.

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree or any management course
  • Must have at least three (3) years’ management experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to supervise a team and deliver well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Must demonstrate good communication skills both oral and written
  • Demonstrable experience in the Operations function with strong planning, organizing, leadership and co-ordination skills;
  • Should be able to execute with minimum supervision.
