- KCSE Grade C and above or Diploma in sales and Marketing from a reputable institution
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- 2 – 4 years working experience in FMCG products.
- Must be willing to work on a salary and commission based on targets achieved
- Result oriented and ability to meet SALES TARGET and deadlines
- Willing to work independently as well as in a team.
- Well versed with Nairobi region and the neighbouring counties.
- Manage sales route allocated and communicate directly with clients to encourage trusting beneficial relationships
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the sales activities
- Recruit new customer to ensure product growth as well as maintain and grow existing ones
- Customer account reconciliation on a daily basis
- Maintain proper customer records to track growth and customer reward
- Brainstorm new and creative sales strategies and ideas
