As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of Legacy Hotels Kenya, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their arrival is smooth and efficient. You will handle a variety of tasks, from processing reservations and check-in/out procedures to answering guest inquiries and providing local recommendations.

Diploma in Business Management or relevant field from a recognized institution

Bachelor’s degree and above, major in engineering or management

Responsible for handling all guest inquiries, performing check-in and check-out tasks using the hotel system, prepare quotations, generating invoices, receive payments. The Receptionist works closely with the housekeeping and kitchen departments.
