In this role, you will be a key member within the Victory Farms Operations department. You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and will be responsible for managing and maintaining our facility in Homa Bay.

The Finance Manager oversees all financial aspects of company strategy and is responsible for the flow of financial information between CFO and the finance team, and, where necessary, external parties such as investors, bankers, regulatory agencies etc.

In this role, you will be a key member within the Victory Farms Operations department, and will report directly to our Director of Operations. You will be responsible for identifying, designing solutions, and managing construction crews until the projects are complete.
