Supervise all financial tasks of the company and ensure that capital and resources are managed beneficially.

Identify new markets and customer leads, pitch to prospective customers, and ensure customers have Kelves’ products.

The officer will market the company loan products, confirm credibility of all loan applications for loan disbursement, prepare loan documentation and assist in the recovery of loans.

With a focus on efficiency this role will be responsible for maintaining control of the diverse business operations whilst looking at ways to grow the existing business. You will be based in Kampala, the vibrant capital city of Uganda, but will be expected to travel across Uganda ~40% of the time.

The branch manager will direct day-to-day operational aspects including admissions, disbursement and recovery; they are also responsible for documentation and record keeping of loans, customer service, human resources, administration and compliance of both company and government rules, regulations and guidelines.
