H/She will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible. You will be responsible for contacting debtors and negotiate payments.

We are a non-deposit taking Microfinance Company that provides affordable loans to small and micro enterprises. As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be attached to any of our branches within Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos, Muranga and Kajiando Counties.

Collections officers attempt to collect payment on overdue bills by informing customers of their debt and their various options for repayment.

The role will be to sell the company’s products on commission basis. As the first point of contact between the company and its target clientele there is an enormous opportunity to provide value to Employees of the National Government, County Government and Select Corporate employees through issuance of Short-Term and Long-Term loan facilities.

Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and developing data analytics back-end processes on cloud-based tools (including ETL / ELT) with the aim of building a first-class modern Data Warehouse that will be the heart our Data Analytics function.
