H/She will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible. You will be responsible for contacting debtors and negotiate payments.

Collections officers attempt to collect payment on overdue bills by informing customers of their debt and their various options for repayment.

Assisting in managing the ICT infrastructure and servers of the organization through planning and organizing systems for efficient and effective business operations.

Responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards and to answer given business questions using data.
