The Social Workers primary role Is to advocate for and develop plans to improve the children's well-being. They observe the children's behaviors, assess needs and create treatment strategies in coordination with RICC clinical staff. They develop and put treatment plans in place. Work Schedule will change according to the school calendar year.

The position is responsible for implementation of program activities within the assigned target areas and communities in compliance with established policies and procedures.

As the program manager your role is to act as a responsible leader for the development, execution, monitoring & evaluation of all CSA KidsCare programs and projects including the contacts with (possible) partners and donors.

Responsible for the assistance, guidance and support of needy children within their assigned location

Responsible for all activities that KidsCare is doing for children with physical disabilities within the CSA program and their environment including organizing, coordinating, assistance, guidance therapy and support
