To assist the Outreach Supervisor to implement City Eye Hospital’s Outreach Strategies through community mobilization in a bid to ensure that we achieve a wider reach in our community based programs.

The Social Workers primary role Is to advocate for and develop plans to improve the children's well-being. They observe the children's behaviors, assess needs and create treatment strategies in coordination with RICC clinical staff. They develop and put treatment plans in place. Work Schedule will change according to the school calendar year.
