Responsible for supervision and management of assigned projects which include the supervision of program staff under him/her and activities in the field under the supervision of the Programs Manager in order to achieve desired program outcomes within the limits of the validated Project Proposals and Budgets:

The Base Manager is responsible for supervision and management of programs, operations, administration and logistics departments.

As a community facilitator, you would be involved in setting up and coordinating mental health support groups and individuals across the community. In addition, you will become a point of reference for any community members in need of mental health services.
