The Head Chef will be responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise staff. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

The Candidate will serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. They may serve snacks, beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails. Mixologists are also responsible for ensuring that their bars run smoothly and efficiently. Ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage.
