COMPANY BACKGROUND:

The Company is a leading Commercial interior fit-out company in Kenya mostly working for large International Corporates. As part of its ambitious goal to become the leading Commercial Design & Build Company in Africa by 2020, the Company is looking to hire a CRM Manager to oversee its Kenya / East African CRM operations.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for implementing the CRM system and ensuring the company makes the most out of commercial opportunities it offers.

 

DUTIES OF A PROJECT CRM MANAGER INCLUDE:

  1. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
  2. Audit of current CRM processes and tool.
  3. Define CRM key functionalities that would help to achieve top company goals.
  4. Implement CRM architecture that works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information.
  5. Oversee the production & execution of reports.
  6. Be responsible for the productivity and actions of a Data Analyst in charge of data management, reporting and CRM updates.
  7. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  8. Coordinate the development of training materials.
  9. Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM and monitor/maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.

 

CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strategic thinker and good analytical mind.
  • Hands on project management, must be able to execute the entire project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Ability to oversee the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Excellent database /CRM knowledge and expertise in reading/understanding data.
  • Ability to analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or equivalent.
  2. At least 3+ years’ experience in a project management and business analysis capacity.
  3. Experience with Contact Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and proprietary CRM solutions.
  4. Proven experience in implementing a CRM system is an added advantage.
