The applicant must have at least Diploma in either customer care, sales and marketing, ICT, Business, or any other office admin related course. The job vacancy is available in our Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru and Thika Branch.

The individual is a key Staff supporting GCH and GHF goals maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the organization’s culture, business and social impact strategy, clinical service offerings, research, outreach clinics, Foundation programmes and the competitive healthcare landscape.

As a supervisor you will support the Team Manager in managing a team of customer service Representatives in Nairobi. Key to the role will be developing and coaching the team to deliver a high-quality customer centric service offering.
