Remote full time customer service & support jobs

We're looking to hire an experienced manager to build and run a high-performance team to deliver service to our clients. This is a remote position, you’ll be working from home, managing a team of 20-30 customer service agents, team leaders, and account managers. You're going to report directly to our Delivery Director.

Call prospective students seeking education at the University level, assist in the enrollment process. Reach weekly recruitment goals. Candidate must be fully fluent with native English pronunciation.
