Ensuring that repayments on sales comply with their schedule.
Calling Agents regarding overdue accounts and following up on expected payment dates
Issuing credit hold notifications to Field Sales Representatives, Chama’s and Agents
Negotiating repossession and return of unpaid products.
Updating the credit tracking system by recording all interactions with Agents, Chama’s and Field Sales Representatives efficiently and accurately.
Recommending bad debt write-offs
Other duties as assigned.
