The core responsibility is to monitor, collect and manage delinquent portfolio and return the accounts to performing status, reduce slippage into NPL (non-performing loans) and/or recover entire outstanding accounts as well as fulfil any other duty assigned by the Supervisor.

Effectively teach of the respective subjects

The Centre Manager is responsible for the development, roll out and operationalization of the Centre’s activities. This includes oversight, planning, supporting youth with registration onto the AJIRA portal to access Digital and Digitally Enabled Work, allocating resources appropriately to training teams, organizing activities and Women’s events.

The Trainer will also be required to up-skill the learners in basic digital and computer skills that are used regularly when engaging in online work.

The head teacher role entails - supervision and guidance of all teachers. Development and implementation of curriculum, schemes of work and lesson plans. Review of children’s progress with respective teachers. Communication of progress/concerns to parents after discussion with the Director.
