The Director of Academics position is a Senior Executive role within The Pharo Foundation that will be entrusted with the overall responsibility of developing and managing the Foundation’s Academic curriculum and professional development to enhance academic excellence across the Pharo Schools in East Africa.

Reporting to the Executive Director (Kenya), the Program Manager for Health and Social Work Services is responsible for all aspects of the design, planning, training, implementation, and management of Flying Kites programs and initiatives that address the health and well-being of students, including the Girls United program.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing concept notes and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for consultancies, donors and NGOs. The candidate must have skills in engaging with existing and potential partners as well as increasing the current client base.
