A vibrant fine dining restaurant in Nairobi is looking for young gifted passionate staff to supplement its existing team.

The sous chef is the 2nd in command in the kitchen and plays a vital support role to the head chef. The sous chef will assist the head chef with many of his / her functions such as stock take, variance reporting, creating kitchen schedules, developing recipes, ensuring proper hygiene and sanitization in the kitchen and more.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for one of Nairobi’s top restaurants. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of restaurant management experience and is passionate about great customer service.
