Responsible for accurately recording stock at branch, unloading and unpacking it and clearly labeling items with expiry where necessary. Keeping food stores in a pristine state in accordance to FIFO and MOQ’s in stores, kitchens, bars, stockrooms, and other storage facilities. May involve heavy lifting.

The ideal candidate should oversee the provision of and provide high-level business, administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient delivery of business operations and services to agreed standards.
