The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the L&D strategy, contribute to building the organization’s capability & developing a learning culture and manage performance management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will support in day-to-day administration and human resource tasks. He/she will report to the heads of departments and will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the HR office and support management and operations staff.
