As the Finance and HR manager you will be tasked with the handling of the company Financials and responsible alongside book keeping with a junior accountant. Your role will also entail at times to assist the General manager in the day to day activates in running the company.

To effectively lead, transform and evolve the Back-Office business unit. To ensure that the team manages high volumes of administration which contributes and supports adherence to compliance requirements, whilst maintaining and ensuring the improvement of employee data integrity.

As a recruiter, you will be required to fulfil the role of successfully placing call centre agents to Team Lead level positions.
