Our client is in the logistics and distribution industry and they seek to recruit a Human Resource Manager who will ensure that our client has the correct number of competent staff required and highly motivated, monitor staff performance, and handle all disciplinary roles and administration matters from facilities management to procurement matters.

The position will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising human resource operations and procedures in an effective and efficient manner geared towards the realization of the company’s objectives. The position is integral to the day to day functioning of the business.

As the HR coordinator, you will be responsible for providing HR support for the HR Department in the Kenya office. You will add immediate value by providing support to line Managers, employees and other HR stakeholders in relation to HR Functions.
