The Manager is responsible for enhancing the overall member experience with a focus on growth and member retention. The Manager is the leader of all Coaches and collaborates closely with the Directors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

This position is critical for identifying goals, developing best practices for data collection, analyzing current and past data, and interpreting and communicating information to the Leadership team to determine what can be improved to achieve desired outcome. The position holder will be the driver behind our planned business growth and success.

The role will primarily be a finance business partner to the commercial team.

We are seeking a seasoned evaluation professional to lead our strategic research and partnerships portfolio of work.

To assist building and managing the Trade Desk department which will include handling all financing leads and applications all the way through to negotiating offers and finalising financing deals with applicants. They will be expected to assist with implementing effective and efficient strategies to ensure streamlined processes are in place.

The role would be responsible for identifying training needs in collaboration with departmental leadership, creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers in the Commercial organization. Coordinate performance, competencies and evaluate productivity in the Commercial Department.
