The role will primarily be a finance business partner to the commercial team.

The role would be responsible for identifying training needs in collaboration with departmental leadership, creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers in the Commercial organization. Coordinate performance, competencies and evaluate productivity in the Commercial Department.
