A client is looking to start a graduate trainees’ program in all of their human resource department. The future managers should be intelligent, inquisitive and fast learners who are passionate about growing their careers.

With a focus on efficiency this role will be responsible for maintaining control of the diverse business operations whilst looking at ways to grow the existing business. You will be based in Kampala, the vibrant capital city of Uganda, but will be expected to travel across Uganda ~40% of the time.

Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager.
