Manage the daily activities of an addiction and substance use treatment facility. Organize and direct all operations in the rehabilitation center. Evaluate employees and oversee training programs. Client outreach and admission. Handling all employee and client complaints, needs and disciplinary issues. Steering the facility towards excellence.
