Our client, a 28-year-old national non-profit making organization whose vision is a Just and Equal Society, is seeking to recruit an experienced, results oriented, and highly skilled leader for the position of Executive Director to join its dynamic team of staff based in its Nairobi head office.

The Grants & Pipeline lead will support Spark in bringing the FCAP to scale. They will be responsible for the successful management of bilateral/multilateral grants. The person will also lead on submission and pipeline of bilateral/multilateral facing funding opportunities.

The position is responsible for implementation of program activities within the assigned target areas and communities in compliance with established policies and procedures.

The Social Workers primary role Is to advocate for and develop plans to improve the children's well-being. They observe the children's behaviors, assess needs and create treatment strategies in coordination with RICC clinical staff. They develop and put treatment plans in place. Work Schedule will change according to the school calendar year.

Reporting to the Chief of Party (CoP), the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Advisor will oversee all monitoring, evaluation, learning, and quality assurance/continuous quality improvement activities/components of the project. This position will support collaboration, learning, and program adaptation.
