Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualification(s)

3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably in an international organisation.

Manage the routine activities of HD research projects such as leading the development of field and training manuals, obtaining ethical approvals and research permits, training and supervision of field workers, and data management and scientific writing

Manage the overall technical program planning, implementation, quality assurance and monitoring of field activities.

At least a Bachelor Degree in Education or a Technical Skill, and a Master’s Degree in a relevant managerial skill.
