Our client, a 28-year-old national non-profit making organization whose vision is a Just and Equal Society, is seeking to recruit an experienced, results oriented, and highly skilled leader for the position of Executive Director to join its dynamic team of staff based in its Nairobi head office.

Based at the Home Bay site, with ad hoc travel to Nairobi and other Victory Farms site, you will be a key member within the Victory Farms Technology and Operations department, reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects and the Circular Economy Manager.

We are a dynamic start-up in the renewable energy sector developing both on-grid and off-grid renewable energy projects. Our mission is to provide reliable, affordable and sustainable access to energy in regions that do not have this today. We believe that electricity is the engine towards welfare and growth in rural Africa.
