Our client, a 28-year-old national non-profit making organization whose vision is a Just and Equal Society, is seeking to recruit an experienced, results oriented, and highly skilled leader for the position of Executive Director to join its dynamic team of staff based in its Nairobi head office.

Reporting to the Chief of Party (CoP), the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Advisor will oversee all monitoring, evaluation, learning, and quality assurance/continuous quality improvement activities/components of the project. This position will support collaboration, learning, and program adaptation.

The role will involve managing all aspects of launching new products - from identifying and sourcing raw ingredients from our network of smallholder farmers, through to packaging, manufacturing, and analysis of commercial viability of products in the Food Industry.

Under the direction of the Director of PMO and BPM, Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable.

The Salesforce implementation project Manager will oversee the salesforce implementation from end-to-end on a variety of Salesforce ‘Clouds’ purchased and levels of complexity. The priority is to ensure the project is successful – delivered on time, and within budget.

This project manager is to help the head of the sales department to reach the sales target in a more efficient way and also to assist on the management of the sales team.
