Responsible for designing and overseeing all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities, including ensuring full compliance with donor requirements, lead the program team in defining outcome indicators, developing data collection tools and methodologies, and conduct program assessments and evaluation activities.

Responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and implementation of resource mobilization activities, including proposal writing, developing concept notes, actively participate in fundraising and support strategic communication with donors in support of organization work.

The Project Manager (PM) will be in charge of the planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision of project activities in conformity with the BIOPAMA project document and donor’s and ZSL’s internal procedures.
