Our client, a 28-year-old national non-profit making organization whose vision is a Just and Equal Society, is seeking to recruit an experienced, results oriented, and highly skilled leader for the position of Executive Director to join its dynamic team of staff based in its Nairobi head office.

Based at the Home Bay site, with ad hoc travel to Nairobi and other Victory Farms site, you will be a key member within the Victory Farms Technology and Operations department, reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects and the Circular Economy Manager.

The role will involve managing all aspects of launching new products - from identifying and sourcing raw ingredients from our network of smallholder farmers, through to packaging, manufacturing, and analysis of commercial viability of products in the Food Industry.
