Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering shareholder value for the entire Company, with emphasis on the commercial real estate line of business, through execution of aggressive growth strategies.

The Sales Executive shall work on behalf of House and Homes Limited to acquire potential clients, market the brand and sell the company’s projects. They shall operate from the site Office. They shall use their knowledge and experience of the local property market to advise potential clients according to their needs and wants.

You must be an efficient property manager tasked to manage the daily operations of a series of properties, advertise vacant properties, and handle tenant relations. Your responsibilities will include managing financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.
