To maintain and manage the Shop, issue stock and keep accurate records.

Job Purpose: As a Retail Area Manager, you will be ensuring that a network of shops meets its targets in Sales, Installation, and Repossessions. Create an action plan, follow through with it and adapt in case the plan does not deliver results.

As a Retail Supervisor you will be driving the key metrics of a shop: Sales, Installation, and Repossession. You will have the opportunity to build and manage a network of agents, technicians, and one shop manager.

Responsible for ensuring effective and prompt handling of customer’s inquiries and problems solving, stock management and other matters relating to delivery at the retail shop assigned.
