Purpose: As a Retail Supervisor you will be driving the key metrics of a shop: Sales, Installation, and Repossession. You will have the opportunity to build and manage a network of agents, technicians, and one shop manager.

Your fundamental duty will be selling using a five wheeler tuktuk which shall include meeting potential customers, presenting and demonstrating the products, inducing the potential customers to buy, taking orders and effecting sales.

The position holder will be responsible for in charge of planning and executing sales strategies for the AA Kenya with an aim of ensuring the set sales revenue budgets are achieved.
