Our client is seeking to fill the post of Saucier.
Experience and skills
§ A diploma in Food production from a recognized established culinary training educational institute or
§ A certificate in food beverage production from Kenya Utalii College with a minimum of two years experience in a busy commercial food outlet.
§ Candidates with practical knowledge in specialty themes (Italian, Indian, and Japanese) will have added advantage.
§ Should have an experience of at least three years in the relevant area.
Duties and responsibilities
§ Prepare all types of sauces, soups, stews and hot kitchen dishes for mass consumption.
§ Observe hygienic production of food and beverages for mass production.
§ Must be flexible and knowledgeable to work in other sections of the kitchen.
