Our client is an established Real Estate company offering premium real estate solutions. They seek to hire a Project Manager to handle leasing and management of premier co-working spaces and high end office suites. The incumbent will be tasked with giving a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence.

Achieving sales target. Maintains sufficient stock in the van in order to fill requirements of customers. Promoting sales through regular visit to customer and retail merchandising.

The position holder will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of fiber optics in clients' premises.

To ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned audit engagements and reporting of audit findings.

Responsible for maintaining accounting records, providing accurate and timely accounting information and ensures the same is maintained in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization and in accordance with the IFRS

The Food and beverage supervisor will be responsible for supervising all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate should be able to forecast, plan and supervise all F&B duties and staff. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
