Our Client, leading Kenya based manufacturing group is looking for the following professional:Human Resources Manager-(Kenyan Citizens).

The successful candidate should provide general day to day H.R support in the factory and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and best practice. The position is based at Kisaju, near Kitengela Town.

The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.

The Area HR Coordinator assumes the overall responsibility of HR management in the region (composed of South Sudan, Central Africa Republic, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Yemen and Libya), promoting a work environment that is respectful of humanitarian principles, inclusivity, accountability, and local culture.
