Requirements: 

• Diploma/degree in marketing, business management or related field. 
• Creative, good proposal writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

Experience: 

• Must have at least 4 years’ experience working as an account director in experiential/BTL industry.

Duties: 

Account director main role is to successfully build and promote the business portfolio, provide leadership to the client service team by performing the following responsibilities; 

• Business development: work in close partnership with agency team to identify potential new business opportunities and develop proposals/plans and action steps to build a healthy portfolio of brand accounts. 
• Lead development of creative and strategic proposals, pitching, oversee implementation of the plans and ensure appropriate follow-up with client. 
• Develop and maintain client-valued relationships. 
• Build and support a strong and strategically focused client service team for the portfolio. 
• Identify internal/external resources to address opportunity.

Salary: KSHS. 150,000 - 200,000 plus company benefits
