Position Overview: 

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join our team in Naivasha. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting our organization's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.

• Process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

• Assist in audits and financial statement preparation.

• Perform general accounting tasks such as payroll processing and bank reconciliation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Proven work experience as an Accountant.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel, knowledge in other accounting systems is an added advantage. 

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.
