• Disbursing, posting & reconciling petty cash.
• Applying for petty cash float.
• Petty cash audit.
• Creditors List.
• Calling creditors & cheques disbursements.
• Match creditors invoices to LPO's & GRN's.
• Post creditors invoice and Cheques.
• Photocopying.
• Filing.
• Licencing.
• Assisting with reconciliation work.
• Messengerial Duties.
• Performs other duties assigned and reports as required.
