Overall Job Purpose

Our client a B2B Tech Company in Financial and Mobility Sector is looking for a seasoned Account Manager (Mobility) to help extend the mobility business.  The Account Manager will lead the implementation of our global rider education and compliance campaigns. The mandate will be to influence positive rider behavior and to provide riders with all the information needed to comply with local regulations. To be successful, the candidate will have to create a series of campaigns that can be easily scalable and also customizable. The candidate will also need to deliver great execution and partner deeply with product, local GMs, legal, government relations and other cross-functional partners. Measuring campaigns success and constant evolution is a key part of this role. The candidate should be extremely comfortable with constant testing, data analysis and quickly adapting campaigns based on results. The interest should be in micro mobility, people-centric and less polluted mind.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own all rider education campaigns to provide riders with all the information needed to ride safe and legally in each region.
  • Identify key metrics to measure the efficiency of each campaign in each region. Utilize them to continually evolve all campaigns and influence rider behavior.
  • Constantly liaise with local operations, government relations and other stakeholders to understand the ever-changing micro mobility regulatory landscape and adapt campaigns accordingly.
  • Use analytics to identify opportunities, forecast performance, and measure results.
  • Utilize Braze and other tools to create, execute and measure all rider education campaigns.
  • Guard and enhance Keep Balance brand in all rider touchpoints.
  • Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes and tools to record the sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Work with customers to continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges
  • Handle any issues that come up in the normal operation of freight movement
  • Be able to speak to core operational and growth metrics with the management team
  • Serve as a partner to our sales team anticipating challenges and presenting solutions to support Uber Freight's business objectives
  • Be inventive, creative, and get things done


Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should hold a Post Graduate Degree, MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Commerce or related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Technologies (Fintech) company is a MUST
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in product management and product development within the financial services industry. Sound experience and knowledge in providing innovative solutions to customers. Experience in people management, leading teams and motivating people. Proven track record in the financial services industry. Broad, in-depth understanding of the causal relationship between merchant and profit generation.
  • Knowledge of finance, economics and calculating economic profit / merchant operations and its related value chain / infrastructure requirements (both IT, process and facilities) supporting merchant operations / relevant regulatory rules and procedures including banking regulatory requirements / the competitive environment and industry trends
