Job Description

1.    Preparing payment vouchers.
2.    Posting financial transactions into the accounting system.
3.    Petty cash management.
4.    Processing Sacco members’ savings and loans transactions.
5.    Reconciliation of bank and related ledgers.
6.    Processing payroll and arranging payment for various statutory obligations.
7.    Writing cheques and payment instructions.
8.    Filling of payment vouchers.
9.    Personal Assistant to the CEO.
10.   Collect positive market information and activities undertaken by regions and ensure such updates on Facebook page and other social platforms.
11.   Regularly check the website and related market information and update.
12.   Send bulk SMS to customers as guided by Regional Managers
13.   Review media information and communicate with Regional Managers on information suitable for dissemination to customers.
14.   Assist customers seeking Credit report from CRB and disseminate information on CRB to potential customers.
15.   Process receipts in the system and issue savings and loan statements to customers.
