Requirements:     
•    Diploma or degree in secretarial studies, office management or related field.

Experience:     
•    Must have at least 5 years working experience as a secretary/administrative assistant in the logistics sector.

Salary:      KSHS. 60,000 - 80,000

Duties:     
•    Administrative assistant will be the principle assistant to the company directors in all matters of office secretarial management.
•    She will also offer general administrative support in other departments in the following areas: - handling general office correspondences, supervising general office cleanliness, perform general administrative support duties, maintain and generate required reports or documentation, maintain good working relationship with clients, plan and schedule meetings and appointments appropriately, assisting the preparation of various regularly scheduled reports, ensure operation of office equipments by ensuring the preventive maintenance schedules are done on time, organize travel arrangements for senior managers, among other duties.
