Terms of Service: 3 Years Contract
Duties and responsibilities
Planning office accommodation layout Facilitating transport and travelling services Maintaining and updating furniture and office equipment inventory Ensuring payment of bills Facilitating movement of assets Carrying out general maintenance of buildings and furniture Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events Collecting and collating data on development activities Providing input in the creation and maintenance of county projects management plans Providing input in the monitoring and evaluation of county projects Providing input in the creation and timely provision of county projects progress reports Providing input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level Disseminating information to the publicRequirements for Appointment
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration/Business Management, Community Development or any other Social Science from a recognized institution. Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution Shown merit and ability as reflected in project management skills Certificate in project management will be an added advantage.Important Safety Tips
