REPORTS TO Head of Department
RESPONSIBLE FOR Providing secretarial and support services in the running of the department and office management operations
• Senior Management team
• Security Officer
• Telephone Operators
• All staff
Need to do
• Attend to internal and external customers to Department.
• Direct correspondences to relevant staff and offices
• Keep, maintain and update records and files.
• Direct customers and handle their immediate enquiries.
• Make follow-up of reports from other Heads of departments for action
• Keeping update and maintain the diary.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
• Communication skills
• Public relations skills
• Computer skills
• Report writing skills
• At least 3 years working experience as a secretary in a busy office and Proficiency in computer packages
• Organized & Neat
• Courteous, Patient & a good Listener
• Honest, friendly & Polite
• Unquestionable character and integrity.
• High level of confidentiality
• Diploma in Business Management or Secretarial Studies or Office Management,
• A degree in business related field will be an added advantage
