Our client is looking for a Group Admissions Manager to be based in Nairobi.

Job Description/Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible to improve Enquiry Management processes from enquiry through to admission whilst collating data to support continuous analysis and improvement of the admissions process as well as to inform marketing strategy.  He/she must have experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds and be internationally minded. In addition, he/she needs to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be results driven and proactive. International Education experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome.
•    Liaise with prospective families, to guide them through the application process, ensuring that they have all the information they require regarding the process, programmes and the school.
•    Collate relevant family information from all enquiries and make sure this is added to a database.
•    Link prospective families with the schools and assist them in setting up meetings with the Headteacher.
•    Provide constructive feedback to the school from individual families with regard to their admissions experience.
•    Record and analyse data and information relating to Admissions and Marketing.
•    Support and participate in the coordination of Open Days, Student Recruitment Fairs, Orientation Day and other initiatives as deemed necessary.
•    Play an active role in building links and maintaining close relationships with local businesses, organisations, relocations agencies and developing outreach strategies to these organisations.
•    Work with the Headteachers on their Scholarship Programmes to maximise on their potential for marketing and improving student numbers.

Qualification:
•    Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
•    Experience of having worked within a customer-centric, service delivery sector – ideally education sector experience.
•    Excellent customer service skills.
•    Experience in high-level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships.
•    Experience in working with client relationship management software or systems.
•    Fluent communicator in English - high level written and oral skills.
•    Commercially aware and results driven with good business acumen.
•    A second language, preferably European or Asian.
•    Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Monthly gross salary: Negotiable depending on experience and skills.
Position Level: Management level.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
